In this episode Marty interviews Marco Moreno, Relson Gracie black belt and qwner and head instructor of The Basics Gracie Jiu Jitsu in Leesburg, VA. Marco is also a Gracie Academy black belt, and in this interview he shares his jouney from Peru to the US, his Jiu Jitsu journey through the years, what's he's learned, and who has helped him along the way. Marco is a warm, giving soul with a keen insight for Jiu Jitsu. He is a great example of living the Jiu Jitsu lifestyle.

Thank you Marty for having me on the show. I wanted to say, "I love all your shows, but this one especially stands out the most for me bbecause "the Make a Difference Make an Impact" segment is what I really needed. Appreciating someone is what we sometimes take foregranted. Just taking a moment of our time a day to show our appreciation for them goes a long way." Keep up the excellent work you are doing for the jiu-jitsu world. By the way, I had my first competition in St. Joseph, MO and won second place.
