In this interview, Marty speaks with 3rd degree BJJ black belt, “little Tony” Pencensi. Little Tony is a co-founder of the Jiu Jitsu Global Federation with Master Rickson Gracie and Carlos Gama. During the interview Tony discusses training with such notables as Relson Gracie, Royce Gracie, Rorion Gracie, Helio Gracie, Carlos Henrique “Caique” Elias, Phil Migliarese, Steve Maxwell, Saulo and Xande Riberio, Regis Lebre and Rodrigo Medeiros, ultimately receiving his black belt from Rodrigo in 2006. He also discusses launching his Soulfight website, where he released a series of instructional DVD’s received international acclaim for detailed and well-organized instruction. He discusses his latest projects including his book, A Story Of Invisible Power-A Path Towards Jiu Jitsu Principles & Execution, and his SoulFIght Jiu Jitsu App. Little Tony has been featured on Budo Videos Rolled Up, InsideBJJ.com, Mat Time Radio, and Open Mat Radio.
