in this episode Marty interviews Ed O'Neil.

Ed  is a very accomplished actor, best known for his roles as Al Bundy on the show Married with children; and Jay Prichett on Modern Family. He has starred in many movies and plays as well. He is a  Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt form the Gracie Academy in Torrance, CA., and has over 28 years of experience in Jiu Jitsu. In this interview Ed talks about how he got started in GJJ and what it's like training for so many years; how he got started in acting; lessons he learned from GM Helio, etc.

That was a great interview of Ed O'Neil, it had wonderful insights, good advice and awesome stories of Helio. Thanks for interviewing insightful people with Gracie Jiu-Jitsu experience.
